In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the fbbaje Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and fbbaje regarding your use of the Platform. No prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements — whether oral or written — shall supersede or modify these Terms & Conditions.

fbbaje reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your fbbaje Account. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials confidential. fbbaje will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your password, PIN, or OTP code. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may delay the processing of withdrawals and KYC verification.

Your fbbaje Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access, use, or place bets through your Account, whether for consideration or gratuitously. Accounts that show clear evidence of third-party use may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by fbbaje:

All bets placed on the fbbaje sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, fbbaje's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted up to the point when fbbaje closes a market for betting. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a bet reference number, it is binding. Bets may not be cancelled by the player after acceptance except where an in-play cash-out facility is available and the applicable conditions are met. fbbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time and may change between the moment a bet is initiated and the moment it is confirmed. fbbaje operates on a "best odds at time of confirmation" basis for in-play markets. Bets placed during temporary market suspensions (e.g., during wickets, video referrals, or player injuries) will be processed at the odds applicable when the market reopens, or voided at fbbaje's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbbaje Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their bets voided, and their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one fbbaje Account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of pricing errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.

fbbaje cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where investigations into financial crime, fraud, or other criminal activity involve fbbaje player Accounts.

fbbaje is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the Platform, all players agree to use the responsible gaming tools available to them and to engage with fbbaje's player protection measures in good faith.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered fbbaje players at no charge, accessible directly through Account settings:

fbbaje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbbaje makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

fbbaje is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions.
• Delays or failures in the transmission of bets, deposits, or withdrawals caused by internet connectivity issues outside fbbaje's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any suspension, restriction, or closure of your Account carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

fbbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, fbbaje will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

You may close your fbbaje Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, fbbaje will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

fbbaje may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

Upon termination by fbbaje for breach, any real-money balance held in your Account will be reviewed and released at fbbaje's discretion, after deducting any amounts owed to fbbaje. Balances arising directly from prohibited conduct or fraud will be forfeited in their entirety.

Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing principles — shall remain in full force and effect after Account closure or termination.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection that underpin fbbaje's operations as a responsible online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market.

fbbaje is committed to operating as a safe, reliable, and fair platform for all players. All games are supplied by certified third-party studios whose products are tested for fairness and randomness.
